In 2007, we founded Destiny Care Foundation in General Santos City, Philippines in partnership with a local church. Destiny Care Foundation provides housing, three hot meals a day, education and other basic necessities for children abandoned on the city streets.

For many in our team, this was their very first mission trip. They were surprised by the overwhelming response of the children – 9 out of 10 in the service received Christ! Our team realised that it does not take special skills to be a missionary: just a courage to step out of one’s comfort zone and a heart to love.
