Gearing up for our New Home: Physically & Spiritually1 min read

The church is not just a physical building – it is a home for members from all walks of life; a place where we experience God and find a family. From our founding days, we took ownership of our church with Building Maintenance. 15 years onwards, this heart has not been lost.

Every week, our zones take turns to come to church on a weekday for Building Maintenance (BM), where we clean our premise and ensure that it is in pristine condition for the weekend services. Many of our young adults who grew up in church still take time to come for BM, even after entering the workforce.

Even as our New Home is in the final stages of its construction, we want to be prepared not just physically, but spiritually as well. In light of this, we have started a new initiative during BM—The Pre-BM prayer meeting.

In this Chinese New Year break, let’s continue to carry the church and our new home in our hearts. You can pray using the pointers at the back of your Bible Reading Plan!
